Q. What is On-Page SEO?

On-page SEO is a practice of optimizing all the webpages of your website in an effective way to get organic search results. Adding relevant keywords to your content.


ON-PAGE SEO CHECKLIST:

1. Optimize your page titles (including the homepage)

2. Optimize your meta descriptions (including the homepage)

3. Check for your brand name on Google

4. Optimize your post & page site links & must be SEO Freindly.

6. Optimize your posts for Google featured snippets using lists. Watch this tutorial on How to add Table of Content which will act as lists.
 
7. Check and optimize the H1 tag for all pages & post.
 
8. Check and optimize your page headings

9. Make sure that your target keyword is included in your opening paragraph.

10. Format & style your content which will make it easy to read.
 
11. Optimize your images i.e add relevant keywords in ALT tag

12. Optimize your videos and other multimedia elements (with proper schemas)

13. Optimize titles/description/content of your category pages

14. Have some internal linking. Means we your post is about "Eggless cake recipe" then some of your own content in this post.
 
15. Have one link to High authority domain.
 
 
Few more tips from my side to make your work easy:-
 
1. Use your target keyword in the page title.

2. Use related keywords and synonyms in your copy.

3. Use your target keyword in the H1 tag.
 
4. Use Long-tail keywords in your H2 and H3 headings.
 
5. Use related keywords in the image ALT Text.
 
6. Use your target keyword in the page URL.
